Bands in the Sand is rain or shine. In the event we need to cancel the event, due to safety or weather conditions, tickets are non-refundable and will be converted into a full tax-deductible donation. Tickets sales are final and Bands in the Sand will not be rescheduled.

I hereby grant the Chesapeake Bay Foundation the unconditional right to use my/my child’s name, voice, and photographic likeness of me /my child in connection with any of their audio video productions, articles, website materials or press releases. They will not be used as an endorsement
